Refund policy

If you are unhappy with a product then email info.futurecross@gmail.com within 48 hours stating the issue with detailed photos. 

Before a refund can be made the item must be returned in the same condition, unused and in original packaging.  Once inspected and approved you'll be automatically refunded to the original payment within 10 working days

Unfortunately, we cannot refund Gift Cards
